To improve the planning, you may enter a Service Time for your Stops. The Service Time may be used to account for your vehicle parking, setup or unloading time at each stop.
How To Set Up
- Navigate to Settings > General.
- Enter your desired Service Time.
- Click Save when done.
- Note:
- The Service Time in Settings > Generals will be the default for all of your stops.
- If necessary, you may specify the Service Time for the individual stop to override the value in Settings > General.

Comparison Of Results Without And With Service Time
Referring to the table and screenshots below, the ETAs of the stops were increased progressively by the defined Service Time.
The ETA of Stop2 was increased by 5 mins, and that of the Stop3 was increased by 10 mins. If there were to be a subsequent stop, the time difference would be 15 mins.
