When you are importing the addresses from the CSV file, providing the full address will greatly improve the accuracy of the geocoding process by our systems in locating the stops.
By default, the system will only take the Address input of your CSV as full address for geocoding when creating the stops.
For example, if the data of your CSV were to contain the following, only the data under the Address column would be entered into the Address field of your stops.

The following tutorial will show you the steps required to include the City, State, Postal Code, and Country information of your CSV into the Address field of your stops for geocoding.
How To Set Up
- Navigate to Settings > General.
- Under the Import section, check the required fields.
- Click Save. Thereafter, when you import your CSV, the checked information (City, State, Postal Code, Country) would be included into the Address of your stops for geocoding.
