Geocoding is a process of converting the input address into its corresponding GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude).
In the event the address is not geocoded, there would be an Unmapped error appearing under the Exception column.

How To Manually Locate Your Address
- Click on the Edit button to edit the stop.Screenshot Of Edit Button
- Scroll down to the Location Section. (If your address cannot be geocoded, the “Latitude" and “Longitude" will be 0 for both entries.)
- Click and drag the map marker to reposition to the location of your stop.
- Enter the “Latitude" and “Longitude" of your address.
- Note: If you happen to be copying the “Latitude" and “Latitude" from Google Map, you can copy the information directly from Google Map, and paste into the “Lat" or “Lng" to split the information automatically.
- Right-click on the map-marker in Google Map, and copy the “Latitude" and “Longitude"
- In ElasticRoute, paste the copied values into either the “Lat" or “Lng" field.
- The pasted values will be split into its corresponding “Latitude" and “Longitude" accordingly.
- Right-click on the map-marker in Google Map, and copy the “Latitude" and “Longitude"
- Click “Save" at the bottom of the page when done.
