This page is regarding the list of Exceptions and Violations in ElasticRoute, and the means of resolving it.

Prior to planning, the systems will need to know the exact latitude and longitude of the address. If your input address failed to get geocoded, the address will be in Red, as per shown in the below screenshot.
To correct it, follow the steps in How To Manually Locate The Address Of Your Stop Using The Map Marker, or provide the Latitude and Longitude of your stops for the import of your Excel/CSV file.
Unserved | Description | Generic error, typically caused by the constraints (e.g. time, distance, number of stops) imposed on your runs or vehicles. |

Unable to route | Description | The location of the stop might be too far away from the depot, or that the systems is unable to find a path towards the stop. |

No matching depot | Description | There is no Depot match between the stops and vehicles due to missing depot or unmatched depot name. |
Remedy | 1) Check the Depot assignment of your stops. 2) Check the Depot Setting of your vehicles under Settings > Vehicles > Depot. Ensure that there is a matching depot between your vehicles and stops. Refer to: How To Add Depots How To Use The Automatic Depot Selection Feature How To Add Vehicles. |

No vehicle with matching type | Description | There is a lack of Type match between the stops and vehicles. |
Remedy | 1) Check the Vehicle Type assignment of your stops. 2) Check the Type of your vehicles under Settings > Vehicles > Vehicle Types. Ensure that there is a matching vehicle type between your vehicles and stops. Refer to: How To Assign Stops With Special Requirements To Specific Vehicle Type |

No vehicle with matching depot | Description | There is lack of Depot match between the stops and vehicles. |
Remedy | 1) Check the Depot assignment of your stops. 2) Check the depot setting of your vehicles under Settings > Vehicles > Depot. Ensure that there is a Vehicle with a matching depot to the stop. Refer to: How To Add Vehicles How To Add Depots |

No vehicle with matching zone | Description | There is a lack of Zone match between the stops and vehicles. |
Remedy | Check the Zone assignment of your vehicles under Settings > Vehicles > Zones. Ensure that the Zone is selected for your vehicles. Refer to: How To Set Up Zone For Geofencing Of Stops. |

No vehicle with matching group | Description | There is a lack of Group match between the stops and vehicles. |
Remedy | Check the Group assignment of your vehicles under Settings > Vehicles > Groups. Ensure that the Group is selected for your vehicles. Refer to: How To Use Group For Separating Your Runs. |

Group is excluded from plan | Description | The Group is being excluded from being planned. |
Remedy | Check whether is the Group been excluded from planning under Settings > Groups. If necessary, check the Include In Plan option. Refer to: How To Use Group For Separating Your Runs. |

Insufficient vehicle license | Description | There is a lack of vehicle licenses purchased for your account. Refer to: How To Purchase Vehicle License. |

Stops limit exceeded | Description | There is a lack of vehicle licenses purchased for your account, or that you were trying to plan for too many stops. |

Max Time | Description | The run had exceeded the maximum time indicated for your vehicle. Refer to: How To Customize Your Runs |
