How To Set Location And Timezone Of Your Plan Area

To begin route planning, you are required to set the location and timezone of your business operation or plan area.

If you had not provided the latitude and longitude of your stops in ElasticRoute, the systems will try to geocode the input address into a pair of GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) for planning within the country that you have set.

Setting the country of the plan area will increase the accuracy of geocoding the addresses of the stops that you have entered; while providing the timezone will assist to handle the time difference in various regions.

How To Set Up

1. Navigate to Settings > General.
2. Key in your country and timezone.



3. Click Save.
